"A few years ago, I went on the Paleo diet and I lost 3 dress sizes, but I quickly became bored of eating soup and salad every day! So I set my mind to making the perfect, healthy and grain-free bread. Before I knew it, people were knocking on my door asking to buy it and I realised a full paleo product range would benefit a lot of people that were in the same position as me. So Caveman Grub was born from my Farmhouse kitchen in Inverin, Connemara. Since then, we have gone on to win several food awards based on the taste and not just the health benefits from our products, this is key to us as most importantly, food should taste great as well as being good for you! It was a breath of fresh air to find a company like SoulBia. They share same ethos as us and are a food hub for fantastic, no-nonsense products.
